I apologize if this causes any disruption to your plans, but we’ve had to move the San Francisco workshop to September. For those of you living in the San Francisco area, I am bringing an intensive, two-day, hands-on Lightroom workshop to the Fort Mason Center on September 4th and 5th. This workshop is being conducted in partnership with LightroomWorkshops.com, and registration details can be found here. The workshop is two full days, and will cover workflow from A to Z, using the just released Lightroom 3.0.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • an easy-to-adopt, end-to-end workflow using Adobe Lightroom 3.0
  • navigation tips and techniques for the Lightroom Library, to speed your image editing and asset management
  • color correction secrets of the pros, for squeezing the very best photograph out of your digital exposures
  • how to use the Slideshow, Web and Print modules, for high-quality, streamlined output
  • all about Photoshop CS5 integration into the Lightroom workflow

This workshop is hands-on. It is highly recommended that you bring a laptop computer, with a copy of the latest version of Lightroom installed. A free trial version of Lightroom can be downloaded from here, and used for a full 30-days.

Workshop registration is $395, with significant discounts for photo organization members and students. I hope to see you there!
